The GW ICU is a multidiscplinary unit where residents from multiple specialities function together as a team as they provide care to the critically ill patients.
The residents represent an integral part of the ICU and are the primary providers for their patients, and will work under direct supervision of the critical care fellow and attending.
We look forward to seeing you in the ICU and remember the ICU team is here to help. We hope you learn and enjoy from your rotation!
